  1. If i could do a Vulcan neck pinch (star trek? 4 the voyage home, spock and kirk on the bus with the noisy punk) then i would much prefer to do this πŸ™‚ but im a human and humans do what humans do, get pissed πŸ™‚

  2. If hearing your own thoughts was a constitutional right, construction workers would be illegal, and many of the other very loud conveniences that? make our modern society possible would be illegal.

Also to be fair, buses are quite loud, I personally have no desire for conversation while on a bus, but in order to talk, one would have to talk loudly.

  3. IF your gonna? use a mobile device on public transport then just have the decency to speak into it as if the person was next to you, if you hadn’t noticed , when people talk on mobiles on pubic transport they tend to shout?, maybe folks do not know they are doing this?. the Jammer is obviously a last resort , an ideal similar to mine fallen on deaf ears perhaps.
Just add a little common sense and educate the future πŸ™‚

  4. Oh blast, I accidentally gave you a thumbs down as I was replying blah.

Well anyways, that also brings up? the question, how is someone supposed to be able to tell how loud they are talking. Given the nature of how sound is produced in the body, combined with the increased rate of hearing loss in America, it makes it difficult to tell. Even musicians require systems that provide them feedback so they can hear themselves.

  5. Practice makes perfect as they say :), given time, people will get used to talking into a mobile devices quietly or normally, peoples voices will adjust (if people intervene now/today) to ‘fit in’ to society. There is NO need to shout down a phone while riding a bus/train, the receiver can hear just fine.
There are many scenarios, we could be back and forth all day with this :), i’d say you win on a technicality but? i have the moral high ground πŸ™‚
    Don’t worry bout thumbs πŸ™‚

  6. This why people like eric can’t have nice things,? not subtle enough and stare/giggles the people they jam.

  7. what a dick he cant enjoy himself so he has to make other people’s lives miserable hope he get caught and thrown in prison?

  8. Eh I wouldn’t be so sure about that, the actions of a general populace tend to vary in many random ways. There will always be a majority and minorities, it is through that diversity that life is made interesting.

Though I wouldn’t say you have the moral high ground, we both agree on it being the option of a superior? level of morality, we merely disagree on how reasonable an expectation it is.

  9. Besides, I’ve rather enjoyed our little conversation, it wouldn’t be such a horrible thing I think, if this were to? go on back and forth all day.

  10. Jeez thats not nice what if someone had a sick family member in the hospital or something and just because? this guy didn’t want to hear you talking you didn’t get to hear your loved ones last words.

  11. “he’s tormented by people talking loudly on their cellphones”. Why not spend the money on buying a good pair of ear plugs then, and give us? all a break. I personally like to chat loudly on the phone when I’m in a bus. It makes me feel safe.

  12. What Some have said, 1 maybe listening to DIEING LOVE1’S LAST WORDS, THAT BREAKS MY? HEART! VERY HEARTLEß TO JAM TO CALL! MOST MUST TALK LOUDLY IN NOISY BUS, IF, YOU CAN-NOT STAND-IT, RIDE-A-BICYCLE, TAKE A CAB OR SOMETHING ELSE.

  13. Couldn’t tell you how many people I’ve heard practically screaming into their phones when the thing’s right next to their face. That kind of noise is like a screaming baby, but at least the baby has an excuse because it doesn’t know any better. Using an inside voice is fine, but when you’re busting? a nut trying to get the person on the other line to hear you (As well as the rest of the world) your disrespect is prospectively equivalent to someone using means to shut you up.
